How to make Rawon

Cash cuisine of East Java who form the ethnic and exstrim Rawon, made of various materials which form it is black and slightly to the sour-masaman but fresh taste and a little bit there Kluek touch of spice. want to know how to make and taste the tempting
 
Ingredients:
* 300 grams of meat a bit fatty beef 100 grams of bean sprouts
* short, washed
* 2 bay leaves 4 bay leaves
* lime
* 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
* 2 cm galangal / laos, crushed
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 6 cups water blended
 
spices: 
* 4 red onions
* 2 cloves garlic
* 4 eggs
* 3 fruit pecan kluwek, taken inside
* 2 pieces red chili

How to Make:
* Cut small squares of beef .
* Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, saute the blended ingredients until fragrant with lemon grass, galangal, bay leaves and orange leaves. Add salt and pepper to taste.
* Then, in the pot that was filled with 6 cups of water, put slices of beef and spices mashed, boiled until the meat is cooked through and tender. When the water dries, add more to taste.
* Serve with bean sprouts sprinkled on top and short-leaf decorated with orange.
